It will be running between the dates of September 27th and October 28th 2012, and is looking to be the biggest to date as the organisers attempt to beat last year’s attendance of 75,000 visitors across 26 events.
When Dark Souls released on the consoles, many spoke of of a large number of virtual deaths. Now, the PC is getting a Prepare to Die Edition, complete with some new content.
There’ll be an enhanced PVP experience, “allowing players to more closely assemble battles against one another online in an all-out fight to the death that fans have demanded.” As well as being “finely tuned” for the PC.

Cyanide Studio, known previously for PC delights such as Blood Bowl, are launching their latest title tomorrow, April 5th. Within the new tactical RPG, Confrontation, you’ll “take the lead of a troup of elite Griffin warriors infiltrating enemy territory in order to bring an end to the Scorpion threat.” Which certainly sounds like it could be an exciting task to undertake. And to get you into that world ahead tomorrow’s launch, they’ve released a new trailer.
PAX East is happening this week, and Treny Entertainment will be there to show off their upcoming Aquano DLC for Dungeon Defenders. But, there’s more Penny Arcade related stuff that’ll be actually entering their game this Friday, April 6th, in the way of four character skins from the Penny Arcade comic strips. They’re also going to be exclusive to the PC version of the game.
