Check out the video above for a look at how the developers of Just Cause 2 have been working with Nvidia, to offer some rather nice graphical features that will not only be exclusive to the PC format, but also to Nvidia’s hardware (sorry ATI fans). The game will take full advantage of CUDA, offering some amazingly rendered lakes and rivers with realistic rising swells, flowing waves and ripples. Alongside that, the game is fully certified as “Nvidia 3D Vison ready”.
Just Cause 2 is one of the most visually advanced titles ever created,” said Lee Singleton, General Manager of Square Enix London Studios. “Working closely with NVIDIA has enabled us to add support for some of the latest PC technologies and help make Just Cause 2 one unforgettable experience.”
It’s great to see these guys putting so much time into the PC version, though, it’s a slight shame for anybody waving the red flag of ATI. Red or green, however, I’m guessing the game will still look awesome!
